Lucy Saudi Arabia Supports Local Education
Lucy Electric Saudi Arabia (LSA) has a strong link with its local Technical College as part of its continuing support for education in the region. As part of the cooperation between the company and Dammam Technical College, a group of graduate students from the Department of Electrical Technology recently visited the LSA fabrication and assembly sites.
Visiting students heard about Lucy history, products and manufacturing stages. After completing a factory tour of both sites, the students were trained by the quality team on operating and testing a ringmain unit. At the end of the visit the students and teachers commented how useful the visit had been, because it allowed them to see what they have studied being put into practice.
