Lucy Group has published its 2025 Sustainability Progress Report, outlining progress against key sustainability targets over the past year.
The report provides insight into how sustainability is embedded across Lucy Group’s operations and how the Group is delivering on its sustainability strategy. Sustainability is central to Lucy Group’s business strategy, and this report forms part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and accountability.
Lucy Group discloses its annual greenhouse gas emissions in line with the ISO 14064‑1 standard, providing stakeholders with clear, consistent and comparable information on environmental and social performance.
Key sustainability highlights from 2025 include:
- All Group sites achieved their Carbon Reduce Certificate, aligned with ISO 14064‑1:2018
- While absolute emissions increased by 2.1%, total emissions decreased by 5.1% year‑on‑year, with carbon intensity reduced by 24.6% since 2021
- A 54% reduction in waste to landfill compared with the 2021 baseline
- A 24.3% reduction in Total Recordable Incident Rate compared to the previous year
- Completion of 224 Corporate Social Responsibility projects, up from 212 in 2024
