At Lucy Group, we like to see that our candidates understand what we do and how we differ from our competitors. The best way to write a successful cover letter or CV is to research our company and its history. For many of our open positions, we do not require specific experience. • At Lucy Group, we know that people have to balance work with other commitments. We therefore operate a flexible hours policy in many of our locations. According to this policy, our people choose their hours as long as they work during four core hours a day. This allows people to choose the hours that are most convenient for them.
• However, please note that working requirements vary across business functions and roles, and that not all jobs at Lucy Group have the same flexible hours.

At Lucy Group, we understand that personal circumstances sometimes mean that people need to take more than the usual amount of annual leave. We work to accommodate our people’s circumstances through the range of leave options that we have available, which includes compassionate leave and company sick pay. We do not believe that our people should ever have to pay for being ill or for going through difficult personal circumstances.
