Team Rotations
Gain broad experience by rotating through 6–10 teams over one to two years. Your programme will be designed in collaboration with Lucy Group’s Development Partner and your Department Head.

Jack Taylor - Apprentice Engineering Technician

Jack is in his second year of engineering rotations, combining full-time education with exciting hands-on experiences, such as: understanding how products and components are made, machining parts, fault finding on electrical circuits

Dan is set to complete his apprenticeship in a few months. His work includes: manufacturing prototype parts, assembling new products, conducting dielectric and mechanical tests to ensure quality.

Lucy Group Sponsors Oxfordshire Youth’s Future Leaders

In 2023, Lucy Group made a transformative decision to invest in a three-year program dedicated to supporting 20 young people from Young People’s Supported Accommodation (YPSA). We opened up the chance to a group of young people to learn and experience work opportunities which has been pivotal in their lives. It’s given a positive focus for future leaders.

So far, Lucy Group has enabled 8 young people to go on the residential and 15 young people to engage in employability skills training!
